Why isn't my heart rate showing?

Make sure you've granted HealthKit permissions in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health > Boxing Trainer. Your Apple Watch or compatible heart rate device must be actively measuring.

How do I use AirPods Pro for heart rate?

AirPods Pro 2 (or later) support heart rate on iOS 18+. Enable it in Settings > AirPods > Health. The heart rate syncs to Apple Health, which Boxing Trainer reads automatically.

Punch detection isn't accurate

Punch detection is a beta feature that works best with heavy bags in quieter environments. Place your phone near the bag. Accuracy varies based on punch type and background noise.

My music stops during workouts

Boxing Trainer is designed to work with background music. If music stops, try restarting the app. Make sure no other apps are using the microphone.

How do I connect Strava?

Go to Settings > Strava and tap "Connect to Strava". You'll be asked to authorize the app. Once connected, you can enable auto-upload or manually share workouts.

Where are my workout videos stored?

Videos are stored in the app's local storage on your device. You can access them from the workout history or export them to your camera roll.

How do I delete my data?

You can clear workout history from within the app settings. To delete all data, simply uninstall the app.
